ENDARE MUSIC Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ENDARE MUSIC. These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription and use of the ENDARE MUSIC platform. By creating an account, subscribing to ENDARE MUSIC, or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not subscribe to or use the ENDARE MUSIC service.

1. ENDARE MUSIC Subscription

ENDARE MUSIC provides businesses and approved subscribers access to a curated music streaming platform featuring the exclusive ENDARE MUSIC catalog.

Your subscription provides access to stream music through the ENDARE MUSIC platform during your active subscription period.

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated during checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize ENDARE MUSIC to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee each billing period.

2. Free Trial and Automatic Billing

If a free trial is offered, your payment method may be required at signup.

You will not be charged during the free trial period unless otherwise stated.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

You authorize ENDARE MUSIC to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee after the trial period ends.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid future charges, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to ENDARE MUSIC until the end of your current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Subscription Pricing Changes

ENDARE MUSIC reserves the right to modify subscription prices, plans, features, or services at any time.

Price changes may occur without notice where permitted by law.

If pricing changes affect your subscription, you will be notified according to applicable requirements before the new price takes effect.

Continued use of ENDARE MUSIC after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription price.

5. Ownership of ENDARE MUSIC Music Catalog

All music made available through the ENDARE MUSIC platform is owned and controlled by Media Music Publisher unless otherwise stated.

Media Music Publisher owns 100% of the music rights included in the ENDARE MUSIC catalog and manages the rights associated with the recordings and compositions made available through the platform.

The ENDARE MUSIC subscription provides subscribers with authorized access to stream the ENDARE MUSIC catalog according to these Terms & Conditions.

Subscribers do not receive ownership rights, transfer rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, or any other ownership interest in the music.

6. Authorized Business Use and Licensing

Your ENDARE MUSIC subscription provides authorization to use the ENDARE MUSIC catalog only for the approved business location(s) and purposes associated with your subscription.

Your subscription does not authorize copying, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, transferring, or publicly sharing ENDARE MUSIC content outside of the permitted subscription use.

Access to ENDARE MUSIC is limited to authorized subscribers and approved business locations.

7. Password and Account Security Policy

You are responsible for protecting your account information.

Do not share your ENDARE MUSIC username, password, or account access with unauthorized individuals.

Your subscription is intended only for the subscriber and approved business location associated with the account.

Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized users to access ENDARE MUSIC may result in account suspension or termination.

Unauthorized access may violate copyright laws and licensing restrictions because the unauthorized user or location may not have permission to access or use the ENDARE MUSIC catalog.

Unauthorized use may expose responsible parties to potential claims, damages, fines, penalties, and other legal consequences.

8. Copyright Protection

All content available through ENDARE MUSIC, including music, recordings, compositions, branding, artwork, and related materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Subscribers agree not to:

Copy or reproduce music

Record or capture streams

Distribute music files

Share account access

Use ENDARE MUSIC content outside approved subscription use

Attempt to bypass platform security measures

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ENDARE MUSIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms & Conditions

Share account credentials

Provide unauthorized access

Misuse the music catalog

Engage in activity that may harm ENDARE MUSIC, Media Music Publisher, artists, or rights holders

Termination does not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
